This delightful book not only shares its amazing adventures but it also introduces the young reader to the early history of Britain's oldest and most famous Airport, Biggin Hill. The rich and fascinating history of the Hurricane plane is told through a gentle approach using visually pleasing illustrations and easy-to-follow text. There is also a fact-filled page at the back of the book for additional reading. Engaging, entertaining, and educating, the story serves as a great learning tool and is a must have for budding pilots and history buffs everywhere.
