Author Biography

Hugh F. Kelly is an economic consultant working in the commercial real estate field since 1978. Formerly the chief economist for Landauer Associates, he is now a clinical professor of real estate at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate and the head of his own private consulting practice. He is the 2014 international chair of the Counselors of Real Estate organization. He lives in New York City. Andrew Warren is the director of real estate research for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He formerly served as the managing director of real estate research for Principal Global investors. He lives in Des Moines, Iowa.
