Adam Martín Skilton is a Spanish gastronomist and journalist. He holds a master's degree in nutrition and health, and has taught on the subject at the University of Barcelona. He has hosted radio and television programs on Catalunya Ràdio, TV3, Telecinco, and other outlets, and has contributed to the newspaper Ara. He is the founder of www.eresloquecomes.es and the director of www.barcelonahealthy.com. His books include Comer para ser mejores and Cocina natural.
