Overview

The only Spanish-language book on arthritis that is current and focused on self-care, this useful guide encourages sufferers to take a proactive approach in controlling their symptoms. Particular care was taken in the translation to accommodate cultural differences and to use standard vocabulary generally understood in most Spanish-speaking communities.
