Emma Sutherland is a fully qualified naturopath and TV presenter. She was the resident nutritionist on the Lifestyle Channel's Eat Yourself Sexy. Her online course, 8 Week Mojo Maker, has helped women all over the world increase their vitality and improve their health. Michelle Thrift is a home economist, recipe developer, and chef. A passionate food professional with more than 17 years of food industry experience, she has worked all over the world, for television, magazines, and even the Sydney Olympics. She currently works as a culinary and innovation director at a leading food manufacturer.
