Overview

Though women seem to be able to have it all in the modern world, thousands struggle with depression every year. Life experiences, stress, high expectations from outside and within, and very little free time are some of the components that lead to such an increasing rate of depression. This frank discussion of female depression encourages and facilitates group work and mutual understanding among women in an effort to increase support structures and reduce stigmas of this increasingly common disorder.
